I’ve been waiting for someone like Amber to call. Someone who wanted to climb to the top of a mountain, with a wedding dress in her backpack and exchange vows.
Mike and Jen both sat down separately with a list of photographers and both picked out the Authentic Eye. How perfect.

I just posted Ryan and Melissa’s photos on-line and within hours I got this email from Ryan:
Thank you soooo much! The pictures are incredible. They capture so much of how we felt and what we remember. We could not ask for anything more! The lighting and color are amazing. Thank you for such a variety of pictures and capturing our special day and moments!

That is just the best thing to hear!
Today I was looking through the winning photographs of the the first ever Brides Magazine & Wedding Photojournalist Association Photography Contest and I stumbled across an image I took in Hanover.
I barely remember entering the contest and am truly honored to have placed 9th in the Send Off/Departure category. Looking through the other winning work I am humbled. What a fabulous surprise.

What do I say about Kate and Erik’s wedding….well they had the wedding I would plan. It was fun, funky, simple and super beautiful. And it didn’t hurt that Kate is gorgeous!….
